Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contribution(s). I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, while user talk pages permit a small degree of generalisation, other talk pages such as Talk:National Reconnaissance Office are strictly for discussing improvements to their associated main pages, and many of them have special instructions on the top. They are not a general discussion forum about the article's topic or any other topic. If you have questions or ideas and are not sure where to post them, consider asking at the Teahouse. Thanks. - wolf 00:21, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from using talk pages such as Talk:National Reconnaissance Office for general discussion of this or other topics. They are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways, based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines; they are not for use as a forum or chat room. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. See the talk page guidelines for more information. Thank you. - wolf 00:22, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

This is not a general discussion. I see that you year by year remove any discussion from talk page of National Reconnaissance Office article. What was the purpose? Are you affiliated with the US government?
If you as an individual and want to see the shape of future critics, that I believe must be in that article, then read this this research paper done by China military science devision: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2589004221014565 about “Terahertz exposure enhances neuronal synaptic transmission and oligodendrocyte differentiation”. 95.31.1.150 (talk) 11:17, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I removed your posts becuase they do not belong on that page. If you had bothered to read any of the policies & guidelines I had cited for you, then you'd see that. This has since been confirmed by another editor also removing your comments from that page and posting yet another warning for you here. You ignore these warnings and continue to edit-war and spam that article talk page with off-topic content, at your own peril. - wolf 15:10, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
• You or the the second editor have not expressed any reasonable argumentation, except an assumption that topic “do not belong on that page”.
• Military satellites in the US launcher and operated either by NRO or USAF, and only NRO operates satellites within NROL covert program. So my topic on the talk page does belong to that page, and you or another editor have just did actions without any reasonable argumentation.
• So, I did provided the link above for the research paper about Terahertz neuromodulation study of the Fourth Military Medical University in Xi'an, China and argumentation why NRO could be an operator of the the well known system of Electronic harassment and torture for the Targeted Individuals. And you or the editor did not. I know the rules thanks. At the current moment I think you should https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Assume_good_faith 95.31.1.150 (talk) 21:21, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's not enough to just say "I know the rules thanks.", when clearly you don't. Your own actions betray you here. Either you haven't read any of applicable policies and guidelines, or you tried to but you were not able to understand them. Regardless, I think we've wasted enough time on this. You need to ensure your edits comply with our rules, or you need to move on and find something else to do. - wolf 11:25, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I see that the discussion is not specific and empty in meaning. I hope you will learn to express your thoughts over time. 95.31.1.150 (talk) 11:34, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to use talk pages for inappropriate discussion, you may be blocked from editing. - wolf 15:10, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Edit-warring notice[edit]

stop Wikipedia has a strict rule against reverting content three time in a row, WP:3RR. You seem to be in violation of that rule on Talk:National Reconnaissance Office. Any further edit warring on that page will result in being blocked from editing. Also discussion pages are not places to request purely speculative requests for information about the article's subject. We hope you will find constructive ways to contribute to Wikipedia.--agr (talk) 14:18, 18 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
