Adoption is generally considered mainly for users, but there is nothing that prevents IPs from being adopted. I think, however, its always better to have an account before being adopted.

As that message says, this is not your personal talk page. Your IP might be re-assigned to someone else who might then wonder about all the messages not meant for them. Thus we need the Shared IP message. I suggest you choose a username and create an account; then that username's talk page will indeed be your own (within the restrictions of our talk page guidelines), and you can remove all messages you dislike (excepting messages about editing restrictions such as blocks while they're active; and even for registered users archiving is preferred to outright deletion).

COPYRIGHT : What copyright was violated. My last edit was end of June to TJ Holmes. I was trying to fix article. My edits were reversed and now wrong info is still there. He has 2 kids, a son and daughter. Brianna Holmes is not his child, and if she was she has to be notable for her name to be in brackets giving her her own wikip page. But my edit was reversed and the incorrect info is still on his page.

NPA: I was attacked and retaliated. In future I'll alert an admin so kww or whoever insults me can be blocked like Ive been blocked. I will make amends to kww but cant post to them bc of the block.

I was blocked for NPA BLP COPYRIGHT. bwilkins is focused on NPA, but says they blocked for 3 reasons. I have repeatedly asked for clarity about BLP and COPYRIGHT but bwilkins is fixated on NPA. If bwilkins is friends with kww that is not fair, bwilkins is not neutral, and bwilkins need to step back bc that is conflict of interest. I have repeatedly asked for what I violated as far as COPYRIGHT and BLP but bwilkins refuses to answer.

Please review this article: Wikipedia:Administrators, where you will find that Wikipedia currently has over 1,400 administrators. That page also has a link to the entire list. Also, it is usual on talk page conversations to put one colon : per indent level so each reply in the thread is indented one further step. This makes reading the page much easier. COPYRIGHT : What copyright was violated. My last edit was end of June to TJ Holmes. I was trying to fix article. My edits were reversed and now wrong info is still there. He has 2 kids, a son and daughter. Brianna Holmes is not his child, and if she was she has to be notable for her name to be in brackets giving her her own wikip page. But my edit was reversed and the incorrect info is still on his page.

NPA: I was attacked and retaliated. In future I'll alert an admin so kww or whoever insults me can be blocked like Ive been blocked. I will make amends to kww but cant post to them bc of the block.

For the copyright, see for example this edit. Copying entire paragraphs of text is a copyright violation.

For a BLP issue see here: A gossip forum is not an acceptable source for information on living people. Many of your other "sources" are similarly dubious. Wikipedia is not the yellow press.
