The other account Albertpda (which I think is you) did the same proposal, which was declined. That account was blocked for edit warring and you are now. It's because you did not participate in discussing the issue i posed on the talk page and absolutely no one join in, I have my right to continue to propose that edit. Who give you the right to suddenly "suspect" and block me from requesting? It's nonsense. And if that account is being used by the same IP.
