It is rude to claim that references where not provided when they were, it is absurd to criticize someone for not worrying about pretty formatting and to then use a generic template to inaccurately accuse them of not providing references. Multiple edits reverted wholesale over a formatting complaint, and no effort made to keep even as simple a change as the budget figure. I am amazed that anyone would delete good faith edits because references were not pretty formatted as citations. The idea is to improve an encyclopedia, to make articles better.
