The Secret of Magic Island[edit]
The Secret of Magic Island (Une fée... pas comme les autres ) is a 1956 French-Italian film directed by Jean Tourane, who also created the all-animal series Saturnin, le petit canard. The film is notable for being one of the only live-action films to feature an all-animal cast.
The film was first released in the US in 1960 as The Secret of Outer Space Island, but was not given a general release until four years later. The film was shown throughout the 1960s and proved to be a popular Satuday morning matinee feature.
