Hello, My name is Pantelis Panayiotou. I was born (February 1978), raised, and currently live on the island of Cyprus, more specifically at Pera Orinis, Nicosia. I'm a computer software professional, and I'm managing my own software business. My interests include literature (mostly science fiction, fantasy, and historical novels), photography, history, and movies, among other things too numerous to include here.

Proposed WikiProject: Cyprus

I think this could be a good idea. There seem to be several dozens of articles related to the island, ranging from lists of places, to politics, to history, to arts and culture. They seem to have been edited by many different people, and it would be nice if we could bring them all together. The discussion section could also be useful for ironing out differences of opinion (there are a lot of these in Cyprus, given the current political situation).
