Concerning Phil Bredesen

Phil Bredesen, through contacts at the University of Tennessee, expressed an interest in an independent revision and expansion of his Wikipedia entry. Toward that end he provided Publius6575 with additional biographical details and images. In doing so Bredesen emphasized that he did not want the editors to be accountable to him; objectivity is the goal for all involved parties. All Publius 6575 edits will be made under this user name, so contributions can be tracked and vetted more easily.
