..also known as the philosophy of hamsters at war, is an increasingly popular type of warefare identified by it's most remarkable characteristic, the use of ICBHWs or InterContinental-Ballistic-Hamster-Wheels, where the leaders of opposing countries, along with their generals are placed in giant nuclear hamster wheels and told to fight it out, the president who displays the most hamster like qualities (ie, the knawing of cardboard) wins the war
