Reason: the current image has the flags of only four (out of five - i.e. missing Finland) Nordic countries and one flag of an autonomous territory (Faroe Islands) whereas the other image has the flags of all five Nordic countries, which probably is the intention here, because this template is about the Northern Sami language that is spoken also in Finland - but not in the Faroe Islands.
