Deleted non-regionally acredited business and career "colleges". No other state's template lists these and this gives the false impressions that such places are equilivant to legitimate acredited colleges.

Reorganize Public College Sections[edit]

Would it be better to organize the Public University section into three categories?

West Virginia University System
Four-Year Colleges (non-WVU System; Marshall, other four-year state schools)
West Virginia Community and Technical College System
