The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (song)[edit]

  • ... that the theme song for the television series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is actually called "Yo Home to Bel-Air"? Source: "DJ Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince - Yo Home To Bel Air - The Original Theme From The TV-Series "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" [1]

  • Comment: this article was created from a redirect on March 5, 2017, and nominated at Articles for Deletion on March 9; the AfD was closed as "Keep" on March 23, and nominated here shortly after that. While DYK nominations should be made within seven days, even if an AfD is underway, it's unlikely that first-time nominators would know that about an AfD, so even though this was nominated after eighteen days rather than seven, allowances should probably be made. Yes, my apologies, I didn't think I could start this process while an AfD discussion was taking place. Exemplo347 (talk) 16:40, 25 March 2017 (UTC)
  • Exception made for late nomination by first-time nominator. New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. Hook ref verified and cited inline. I tweaked the hook slightly. Image in article is fair use. No QPQ needed. Good to go. Yoninah (talk) 19:34, 27 March 2017 (UTC)
