Panch Kalyanaka[edit]

Created/expanded by Nizil Shah (talk). Self nom at 21:58, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

Either change to "god" or simple say "Tirthankara". Regards.--Tomcat (7) 19:12, 11 December 2012 (UTC)

I am changing them to Tirthankara. Ok? --Nizil (talk) 19:47, 11 December 2012 (UTC)

Size, date, no QPQ needed (2 credits). ALT2 is verified and slightly modified (copyedit). Main hook: Nirvana means demise and liberation both as per ref. Latter is not said. ALT1: Ref jainuniversity.org seems unreliable. --Redtigerxyz Talk 09:50, 1 January 2013 (UTC)

First, thank you for your comments for much awaited review. Main hook:Life event of Nirvana celebrated as a Kalyanaka. I have added citation for it. ALT1: as per concern related to ref., I added new line in Panch Kalyanaka#Kalyanaka Places of 24 Tirthankara along with reference. It shows table with Places of Nirvana column. Samet Shikhara, Shikharji and Parasnath Hill are same place but to make it sect neutral Samet Shikhara is not used here as sometimes Digambara objected to it. See Shikharji for detail. ALT2: Thanks for modification. --Nizil (talk) 10:25, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
You may select other ALT if required, else ALT2 is OK. --Nizil (talk) 10:25, 1 January 2013 (UTC)
