An interesting article, supported by a good range of citations. No evidence of plagiarism/close paraphrasing on spot checks. Expanded more than 5x on 12 Oct. I would use the first hook as ALT1 requires a subscription for the cited source. QPQ done.— Rod ^talk 09:10, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
