Art and engraving on United States banknotes[edit]

Eight pence Colonial banknote engraved and printed by Paul Revere

  • ... that Paul Revere both engraved and printed Colonial banknotes (1775–79) for the Provinces of Massachusetts Bay and New Hampshire?

  • You kinda need to indicate what is pictured here. Article is new enough and long enough (moved to main space on 8 July). Image is PD, though I think having just one face would show up better at 100px (you can keep the image in the article uncropped). Hook fact checks out. No close paraphrasing found. Should be good to go once you fix the hook (BTW, I prefer the original). — Crisco 1492 (talk) 15:26, 12 July 2014 (UTC)
  • Thanks for the review. Image identified (it is only the front of the note), original hook amended and re-ordered for flow.--Godot13 (talk) 15:51, 12 July 2014 (UTC)
  • Alright, good to go. Hook is fine, referencing is good, no close paraphrasing found, image is good. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:39, 13 July 2014 (UTC)
