Notability[edit]

It looks as though there was a "notability" tag and that it was removed. Has this assertion really been shown? I can't see how this article at all meets the notability guidelines.

A quick Google search of "Blong Xiong" comes up with multiple hits for a Councilman in Fresno, CA on the first page. Is this the same person? If this is the case, it should be included in the article and may be notable. If not, is he as notable as the Fresno official? Otherwise, can we have some evidence that this should be included on Wikipedia, please? Until then, I'd like to flag it again. JPetersen 09:18, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
