I believe this person does meet the notability requirements. Article needs to be expanded and updated, and references cited...there are numerous available for this man. His prominence in the Baltimore legal community is somewhat understated by this article as it is currently composed --Sonofkenny (talk) 16:52, 5 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
