draft vs this article[edit]

Well the draft one is too old since after the coronation of Miss Philippines earth, 21:15, 29 April 2023‎ and this Article 00:06, 27 June 2023‎ so thats why this is new Ayamano2021 (talk) 23:00, 26 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The age of contents of the draft and the article does not change the fact that they are two separate things that shouldn't be conflated to one another. The second draft you presented was a second attempt at the page, one unconnected from your draft. Since it was not WP:CUTPASTE, I supported it so that it can pass WP:GNG. So far there hasn't been an issue with the article, and it's likely that that'll be the case as long the article is being developed further, however I do take issue with your decisions, and you can read those issues at WP:CUTPASTE.
