If he died in 1358, how could he have had a charter confirmed in 1363 and joined a crusade in 1388? Roryharrow (talk) 17:58, 14 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed, James Balfour Paul in his The Scots Peerage seems to be incorrect in saying that Sinclair died shortly after 1358, and Roland-Saint Clair suggests that he died around 1379. I will update the article with the latter.QuintusPetillius (talk) 18:14, 15 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
