Western United FC (A-League) → Western United FC – Simply put, this is a new professional football team, starting in the 2019-20 A-League season, which shares the name of a semi-pro team from the Solomon Islands. History Section[edit]

It is currently proposed to delete the article History of Western United FC (2017–present), partly on the basis of being a clear WP:REDUNDANTFORK. I note that it has been recently expanded with details of key signings for the current season. This article, or parts thereof, can be merged back into the history Section of this article.
