Continuation into Maryland...[edit]

According to Google Maps (which could be wrong), WV46 is routed on MD135 and MD36 in Luke, Maryland. This may be a situation where a neighboring state signs a state route if it crosses the state line for a small portion (see for example Maine State Route 113 and New Hampshire Route 153, the former being signed as ME113 in NH and the latter being signed as NH153 in ME since they both cross over the state line).
