Settlement[edit]

The article claims that the settlement Walter McMillan received out of court is unknown, but that isn't entirely true. In Just Mercy, Stevenson describes it as "a couple hundred thousand" dollars. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:344:C300:4DC0:8DE5:1F2E:74E2:1EB4 (talk) 00:23, 1 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Error in List of Attorneys[edit]

The section Walter McMillian v. State February 23, 1993 says that the prosecutors had failed to disclose ... to attorneys Bryan Stevenson, and others. But Bryan Stevenson wrote in his book that he took the case after McMillian had been convicted. I don't know about the other attorneys listed. I'm removing Stevenson's name from that paragraph. —MiguelMunoz (talk) 23:54, 25 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

All the attorney names should probably be removed from that line, because they are his defense as of 1993, while the ruling itself is referring to events from years previous. Grandpallama (talk) 18:50, 27 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
