Vratnik split

I am sorry, but I feel i had to undo god faith rv by Onel. I should have started the discussion before splitting, but I think that Onel should have also tried to reach me first before going directly into rv - this was entire day of work for laconic edit-summary of few word explanations (paraphrasing, I don't see reason for splitting). It's still needs additional clean up. My reason is that Vratnik is a settlement 4 or 5 times larger in terms of urban scope and population, and should have its settlement article. Meanwhile, the Walled city of Vratnik, situated in its core, is a National Heritage Site, with very specific feature and qualities, and as such it should (must) be presented as individual article (it is also placed at UNESCO tentative list in nomination for designation for WHS). I created if not all than most of the content, and earlier I was committed to one article that would include a section on national monument designation, but now, after a few years, I changed my mind believing that heritage site should be separated form dry settlement (neighborhood) article. ౪ Santa ౪^99° 10:21, 2 May 2023 (UTC)
