BLP noticeboard[edit]

~~Section = 109 BLP articles labelled "Climate Change Deniers" all at once.~~ This article was placed in a "climate change deniers" category. After discussion on WP:BLPN and WP:CFD the category was deleted. Peter Gulutzan (talk) 17:12, 20 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Theory of evolution skeptic?[edit]

The tportal.hr article insinuates that way, but:

The article's title is "Vladimir Paar doubts the theory of evolution?!" (emphasis mine)
In it, Paar says the following: "However, the fact is that Darwin's theory [or Darwinian theory?] might be insufficient to explain these extraordinary differences between human and chimpanzee genomes." (Naime, činjenica je da bi Darwinova teorija mogla biti presiromašna da objasni te fantastične razlike u genomu čovjeka i čimpanze.) However, this appears to be a rather mainstream statement (hardly any contemporary scientist would agree that Darwinian theory has all the answers) and is quite far from branding Paar a ToE skeptic.

Therefore removed, particularly w.r.t. WP:BLP. GregorB (talk) 01:41, 14 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
