Re: opening passage: "Professor W. Hamilton Bryson is the preeminent master and legal scholar on Virginia Civil Procedure. Many commentators particularly equate him with the "scholars and lords chancellors of old." " Without any sources, this passage is puff. "The preeminent __" is a subjective valuation, yet it's stated here as an uncontested fact. Also, a quote without a source has no weight.
