photo[edit]

I added a personal photo of the site in question before I read the copyright notice above. I modified the lead a bit, but not much. It confused this tunnel with another nearby one and called "Campania" a town. It is a region.Jeffmatt 08:31, 26 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Remains[edit]

The article says that Virgil wanted his ashes to be transported back to his villa - but later on talks about his bones. Was he cremated or just buried? The only theories I could come up with was that it was meant he wanted to be cremated but wasn't, or that his cremation was botched and he was only partly cremated (e.g. Hitler), or that the author just used the word "bones" as a synonym for remains. -Noha307 (talk) 21:56, 1 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
