She's not an opera singer...yet.[edit]

Dear authors of the article,

The article speaks about opera in a way no music professional would. She has not "started her opera career" or "made her opera debut" because nothing in the article indicates she has ever sung in an opera (i.e. a full-length production by an opera company of a classical-music vocal work that calls for costumes and staging).

She sounds like she is on the road to this sort of career (the YouTube video of her singing the "Queen of the Night" aria from Mozart's Zauberflote blew me away, it was so good), but it doesn't help her, or Wikipedia, or Wikipedia users, to misrepresent her current level of progress in Wikipedia.

I don't want to edit an article about a living person, as I'm a musicologist who works only on articles where the subjects have been dead a couple hundred years, so please make the edits for me, since you know more about the topic than I do.

Many thanks,

Update: I made the changes as best I could. Feel free to edit further. Bev PS: I hope she doesn't burn out her voice by pushing it too hard while she is young. Many very talented young singers get pushed into Verdi and Wagner too soon by ambitious parents and teachers and ruin their voices. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bmwilcox (talkcontribs) 03:22, 20 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
