  • ... that Valerie Broussard's video for "Iris" pays homage to the Goo Goo Dolls' original? Source: "“The Goo Goo Dolls music video for ‘Iris’ is the first I ever truly fell in love with,” Valerie shared. “When making my own video, I wanted to give an homage to theirs." ([1])

  • OK so it's long enough, new enough, no plagiarism, etc. But, Ritchie333, the hook isn't verified in the article--that is, the "homage" part needs to be added in the text. And when that happens, that whole sentence can be rephrased cause it's a little ambiguous: "One of her early influences was Goo Goo Dolls' "Iris", particularly its music video, which she later covered." Sounds like she covered to video. Anyway, I'm sure one judicious edit can take care of that--and thanks for working with the editor. Drmies (talk) 17:53, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Drmies, Okay, that's done, does that work now? Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 18:08, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Ritchie333, can you make it say "homage" or "tribute"? Drmies (talk) 18:10, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've changed the hook from "tribute" to "homage" as that's exactly what the source says, and the article has that verbatim quotation in it. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 18:13, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Alright, let's go--off to the front page. Drmies (talk) 21:47, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Date of Birth: February 10th 1991[edit]

She was born on February 10th, 1991: https://celebhook.com/valerie-broussard-age-wikipedia/ In addition, multiple sources confirm her to be 30 as of 2021:

https://www.delcotimes.com/2015/01/18/springfields-valerie-broussard-to-sing-at-inauguration-for-incoming-governor-tom-wolf/

Article was published in 2015, stating "In February on her 24th birthday." This would make her 24 as of 2015 and 30 as of 2021. She's a 1991-er. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.180.35.62 (talk) 18:44, 7 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
