Prior to 2001, was Urawa the capital of Saitama Prefecture before merging with Ōmiya and Yono to become Saitama City? And were Ōmiya and Yono the secondary best cities at the time? jlog3000 (talk) 18:35, 14 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
