Merge Uplands (disambiguation) into Upland (disambiguation)[edit]

in Great Britain:

Upland = land lying above the limit of enclosed farmland. (generally 1,000 feet (± 300m) above sea level) Examples England: North York Moors, Exmoor, Dartmoor, Shropshire Hills,Pennines, Lake District, etc. But not Cotswolds. That is to low.
