Film title[edit]

@KingArti: Are we sure "Smile Deluxe" is the official name? Could it be the working/shooting title? The only website reporting this is The Cinemholic (and then Filmstories reposted it two days later). Actual reliable sources only call it Smile 2. See here and here.
