Fair use rationale for Image:UPEACE logo.jpg[edit]

Image:UPEACE logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

his article is misleading the University for Peace is not a United Nations entity and is not a part of the United Nations University. A previous version made this distinction unclear. I updated the text to reflect that there are multiple universities in the UN system. UNU and UPEACE are different institutions. Accon4 (talk) 20:01, 26 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Radio For Peace International[edit]

Diploma mill?[edit]

I found this "university" by following the sole educational credentials of a known online mind-control pill peddler. I don't see a real university here. It looks very much like a diploma mill. The one photo of the "campus" is a small office building with a lawn. And their domain name ends with "org" not "edu". 107.77.210.115 (talk) 00:03, 30 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The university is accredited by Costa Rican authorities and is established by a UN mandate. References are provided in the article.

The use of .edu is uncommon outside the United States and some other countries. (E.g. in my experience, all Dutch universities use a .nl domain.)

The campus is larger than one building.

List of programmes[edit]

The article currently lists all master's programmes at the university, which does not seem to be the standard for wikipedia pages about universities. Should this be changed, and if so, how? Accon4 (talk) 17:22, 22 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
