Name of Russell Crowe's character[edit]

Russell Crowe's character introduces himself as "Tom Cooper" when he meets Andy (Rachel's lawyer), but in the context of the scene he's clearly using a fake name. In the closing credits, he's only listed as "Man" and his true identity remains a mystery throughout the whole film. --Euro Mok (talk) 19:21, 16 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Plot summary[edit]

The plot summary is too vague and has some incorrect information. Andy is Rachel's divorce lawyer, not her ex-husband. She talks only to her ex on the phone, (couldn't find on imdb what his voice actor was). There is also no mention of Russel Crowe's character having bipolar disorder nor is he Andy's brother. This part I could be wrong on since I went to the bathroom at the cinema when I saw the movie, but I left after he had already killed Andy and while he was taking Rachel's brother hostage, so I doubt he would mention Andy there. Estranged Brother[edit]

"Tom Cooper, a mentally unstable stranger and Andy's estranged older brother" "Andy Cooper, Rachel's friend and a divorce lawyer. He later turns out to be Tom's estranged younger brother" Source? The family connection between Tom and Andy certainly isn't in the theatrical release. If they were estranged brothers, they would recognise each other in the restaurant. 202.91.195.31 (talk) 03:39, 16 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
