In this link, the Navy shows that the Mugford was equipped with 16 21-inch tubes. The article mentions 12. See http://www.history.navy.mil/photos/images/n110000/n116832c.htm for a visual of the 16 tubes on the Mugford. Additionally the Wiki article on Bagley Class Destroyers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bagley_class_destroyer) states 16 tubes. Is this sufficient evidence to change this article?
