Not a song[edit]

If this article refers to the piece for orchestra with narration that was famously recorded by Danny Kaye, it is not a song. Although some of it is sung, the piece isn't really a song. The article should either be called "Tubby the Tuba" or have "composition" or something else in brackets... but not "song".
