TRUTH SOCIAL fails to launch as advertised.[edit]
The Truth Social media platform was widely touted as this company's main product. It was supposed to launch in November. It hasnt. Shoudl all of this be included in the main article? I would have thought ... yes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:8003:E422:3C01:255A:E8D5:9A6B:A4DC (talk) 07:33, 17 December 2021 (UTC)

Proposed merge of Digital World Acquisition Corp. into Trump Media & Technology Group[edit]
I do not think it needs a article anymore due to the merger and the company is not notable Isla🏳️⚧ 10:21, 12 April 2024 (UTC)
- Support merge and revert to prior redirect. Much of the content of Digital World Acquisition Corp. was transferred from Trump Media & Technology Group. Eliminate the duplications and trim the investigation section, and it's still going to be a fairly short article. Space4Time3Continuum2x🖖 14:18, 15 April 2024 (UTC)
- Oppose merge of articles. Although DWAC has merged into TMTG, the company is notable from a Wikipedia perspective, because it meets both the general notability guideline and also the specific guideline for notability for companies. Specifically, the four criteria for companies are clearly met: there is (1) significant coverage from sources (2) independent of the article subject (3) that are reliable sources and (4) that are secondary sources. The fact that much of the DWAC content was transferred from the TMTG article is irrelevant, especially since prior to the merger the content only related to DWAC and not TMTG. Finally, the DWAC article should be kept as a standalone because it is useful to have an article that relates solely to DWAC, and in particular, its life as a public company prior to the merger with TMTG. Put Donald Trump as Founder of Trump Media and Technology Group[edit]
Donald Trump legally is actually the founder of Trump Media and Technology Group. The other two individuals are not, they are simply just founders of the company which merged into Trump Media and Technology Group which took it public simply as a blank check company 96.60.168.239 (talk) 21:04, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
Donald Trump stake in Trump Media & Technology Group is now 65%[edit]
