Could somebody add the one where del is talking to the woman in the dentist office and she says somthing to del and trig answers. @Statto74 I thought the same. I know in another episode (possibly rock and chips) Trigger's grandmother is known as Alice Ball. The 'autobiography' of Del Boy, 'He Who Dares', which was authorised by the family of John Sullivan per the front pages, states:
