Tried to summarize, but also it is Original Research[edit]
I noticed that the article needed some text that actually discussed what the treaty did. I went ahead and added it after giving the treaty a quick read. I may look for some secondary sources that do a better job of summarizing the treaty later on. From what I was able to gather in my research so far, it seems like it was a pretty standard treaty, of the type that the United States has made with many countries. 68.33.74.179 (talk) 10:30, 5 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
