Bias in presentation of the section "Overview of how the scheme would work"[edit]
Item 10 in this section, the language "it is transparently in everyone's interest to help each other to reduce their energy demand" is problematic. First, the tone is promoting this element of the scheme. Second, the content os problematic. The opposite of what is claimed can be shown to be true: "The tragedy of the commons" appears throughout economies with many independent actors. Individuals get direct benefits from using social goods, while the costs are shared across society. It could easily be argued that this would apply here.
