Please check this discussion for arguments. There was a 2:1 consensus for merge but the opposing editor insists on "proper process."

P.S.: The original target has been, ahem, unilaterally redirected to our current target by the opposing editor; I guess, not much process at play. TrangaBellam (talk) 20:54, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. (Copying my old comment from a year ago) Narendraditya Khinkhila (now Toramana II) already has a paragraph on the supposed Yudhishthira, and a couple more lines can certainly be added to it. There is no requirement that every king that ruled some part of India over its two-thousand year history, should have a dedicated page. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 23:18, 23 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose (Friendly). I do not see any benefit in mixing up the two rulers: things are already complicated enough as they are. The two rulers have been deducted from two different kinds of sources (coinage for one, Kalhana for the other), so they might or might not be related, depending on the various theories. Better in my opinion to have each one in his proper place (page...), with his own own set of evidence and academic theories. No need (and no benefit) to mix things up really. पाटलिपुत्र Pat (talk) 06:09, 24 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
