Location of the Tolemaida Air Base[edit]

As I understand, the Tolemaida Air Base in not in the municipality of Melgar (Tolima department) but in the municipality of Nilo (Cundinamarca department). To consider Tolemaida in Melgar is a common mistake because both municipalities are very close, at the limit between their corresponding departments Cundinamarca and Tolima, and because there is a militar brigade which has jurisdiction which incluides both municipalities, adding to the confusion.
