I've removed the references that were previously here. They suited their purpose and are on the main page now. Anyway as for the photograph I've reinstated the old one that I took while it was mid-construction because the one that it was replaced with was just a picture of the top of the glass panels. While it's an aesthetically pleasing picture it could really be of anything so I've made a request of the uploader to possibly replace my picture with a full frontal picture that they've taken. Anyway if a picture can be found please feel free to upload it, if not I will be getting around to it soon, though I'll wait until after the building is completed and it's a nice day out. --ImmortalGoddezz 03:39, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Under Academics, I am wondering if one of the editors would make an adjustment so that it's more accurate: This:

Earle Mack School of Law → Drexel University School of Law – The school has officially changed its name from the Earle Mack School of Law to the Drexel University School of Law. I'm not seeing any official statements about this name change on the website or reported in the news. Can you provide something a little bit more definitive? The official Facebook page has now been updated to reflect the new name. https://www.facebook.com/DrexelLaw You will also find multiple references to the "Drexel University School of Law" on the official website and Drexel.edu website. The student handbook will not reflect the new name until its next iteration since it has already been issued. 2014 name change and new data[edit]

My name is Brad Levinson and I work in the University Communications department of Drexel University. The School of Law was recently renamed the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, and given this, some additional information associated this change—as well as some current facts and figures about the School, as some key information dates back to 2009—may help to strengthen this page. Below are some potential ideas that will hopefully be considered non-controversial, well-sourced, and neutral. Any suggestions, revisions, edits, comments or discussions are extremely welcomed.

History[edit]

As stated, the Kline School of Law was recently named the Thomas R. Kline School of Law. The following text, or some derivative of it, may strengthen the History section of the page:

In 2014, the law school received a $50 million gift from Thomas R. Kline, a prominent trial lawyer in Philadelphia.^[6] The gift, which was the single largest in Drexel University’s history and the fifth largest received by a law school, will support scholarship and enhance the school’s Trial Advocacy Program.^[2] The gift includes the conveyance of the historic Horace Trumbauer-designed bank building at 12th and Chestnut streets, which will be renovated to accommodate the Thomas R. Kline Institute of Trial Advocacy and augment the school’s capacity for courtroom simulations, CLE programs and development of the LLM program.^[2]

The average accumulated debt for students who graduated in 2013 was $98,820, based on cost of attendance and financial aid data that the law school is required by the American Bar Association to disclose to prospective students.^[8]
