Title?[edit]

The article refers to Thomas as “Lord Erskine”: Wasn't this his father's title, so wasn't it rescinded in the Act of Attainder? Was Thomas granted this title in his own right at a later date? The article doesn't say so. Does anyone know? Swanny18 (talk) 17:43, 9 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
