Peer Review[edit]

I do like the background information about how the walls were reused as a form of defense. There should be more information about the actual wall though and needs more citations to prove this. Also it would be great if there was a picture of the actual wall posted as well. -Ki Hwan Kim

Comments from Prof. Paga[edit]

Hi Nolan - this is a solid start to your article! Here are some suggestions for improving it.

  • Make sure to give your article a clear, concise title. Think about how other people might search for your article on Wikipedia.
  • Include hyperlinks to other Wikipedia articles to make your article more integrated.
  • Make sure to add citations throughout! This is important and without clear citations and more scholarly / academic sources, your article will likely be deleted when you move it to real Wikipedia.
  • The Old Athena Temple remains were not reused as spolia in the Themistoklean Walls. They were deliberately reused up on the Acropolis itself. The Themistoklean Walls go around the city, not around the Acropolis.
