Notability[edit]

This article was tagged for {{notability}}. The tag was removed claiming that the reviews were enough to establish notability, but the reviews for the individual films don't establish that the trilogy as a whole is notable. So I restored the tag. A single review of the series as a whole was then provided. I still think this is weak sauce.

People create low quality WP:FILMSERIES articles despite the fact that they are of debatable notability and it is not clear if they pass WP:GNG as standalone articles. In many cases I think a brief subsection in the article of the first film would be plenty. I am not convinced this (and many other) film series article should exist at all. I didn't even add the notability tag in the first place, so I'm not going add back more than once but I will be surprised if this article ever progresses beyond it's minimal and low quality state ... a symptom of it not really being notable enough in the first place. -- 109.79.164.235 (talk) 01:48, 22 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
