Publication date[edit]

I don't have a hardcover first on-hand -- nor, for that matter, a softcover first -- but online references to copies offered for sale cite 1972 as the publication date. (I would have sworn I bought the softcover in 1973, but all citations I see for it state 1974, so who knows?) Mazoola (talk) 04:04, 2 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
