This page is not unambiguously promotional, because in your criteria for speedy deletion, it states "Note: Any article that describes its subject from a neutral point of view does not qualify for this criterion. However, "promotion" does not necessarily mean commercial promotion: anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc." In no part of this page have I been biased or tried to promote the band at all, I have been completely neutral and just stated facts.
