Public Domain status[edit]

The sources saying this film is PD are unreliable. Also, a search of the US Government copyright database shows the registration was renewed.[1] -- GreenC 16:33, 24 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The Blob[edit]

Great?[edit]

Where has the word 'Great' in the article title come from?
Having just watched the film, there is no sign of it there.
Indeed, one of the article's pictures, which looks like a still from the movie, shows the title; but it's not there, either.

Hello, so what tells us the "first sentence" ? No rebuttal of the remark RASAM made. One wonders who placed "Great" in the title. "Great" was included in title in some other countries, but its original US title was without "Great", obviously, wasn't it ? John Egan, a mastermind ?[edit]

Well in his late fifties ("when I was born..1897...") this man (after, one can assume, several prison terms) still struggles to land the one, the last "big thing" as a robber. A "mastermind", after all ? Really ?
