Contestant elimination table[edit]

According to this recap at the well-regarded RealityTVWorld.com, DeMario was the only one eliminated on Episode 2, and that Fred, Blake, Jamey and Lucas were eliminated on Episode 3. Since I'm pressed for time and it takes time to untangle rowspans, I'll leave it to others to address for now.--Tenebrae (talk) 18:12, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but the custom with the Bachelor franchise articles as been to place the eliminated players in the week they were eliminated, even if the rose ceremony aired the next week. Jdavi333 (talk) 21:03, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jdavi333: Thank you for the update. Question: If the rose ceremony where a particular bachelor is eliminated doesn't air until "the next week," how do we know who was eliminated? Are we really publicizing the name of the eliminated man before the episode airs where he's eliminated? For example, how do we know Fred Johnson was eliminated if the episode where he's eliminated hasn't aired yet, if I haven't misunderstood? --Tenebrae (talk) 20:29, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Tenebrae: He was eliminated during a date, not at the rose ceremony, as indicated by the background color.Jdavi333 (talk) 20:41, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jdavi333: Thanks — I see now where it says that in the (very long) episode summary. Thanks for the clarification! --Tenebrae (talk) 20:55, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Demario[edit]

An unrelated issue in the table, it seemed that DeMario was singled out to have very DeMario-specific options in the key. I got rid of the black background and entry for DeMario trying to get back into the competition. Essentially, Rachel had a conversation with an eliminated contestant, and it didn't affect the eliminations; that information is already in the episode recap. I also changed DeMario's elimination from "disqualified" to "eliminated during a date." It's true that DeMario apparently lied on his application for the show, which could be grounds for disqualification, but he wasn't disqualified; we saw Rachel eliminate him during their date, and we also saw her apparently given the opportunity to decide whether or not he should be allowed to return to the competition. --DavidK93 (talk) 17:39, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Agree. Jdavi333 (talk) 18:32, 13 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

chart formatting[edit]

I invite all concerned to discuss the formatting of the chart here.Dlohcierekim (talk) 15:49, 14 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kenny[edit]

There is a misunderstanding on how Kenny left. Was he eliminated, or did he quit. We should discuss it here. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:1008:B161:DF05:25D6:6633:1C79:E684 (talk) 15:39, 30 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

He quit/left. Rachel did not eliminate him during a date or a rose ceremony; they mutually agreed that he would go home to his daughter. Jdavi333 (talk) 15:43, 30 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
