Building name slammed[edit]

The "Sick building syndrome" affected this building; because of sealed windows to save energy, the recirculated air bothered people and made some people sick, particularly with the toxic gases given off by synthetics in carpeting and from photocopiers.

As a result, the building's name was mocked as the "Franglais" expression "Les Terrasses de la Shoddy Air". GBC (talk) 06:25, 25 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Not specific to the previously mentioned sealed windows or toxic gasses, but air quality issues have been acknowledged by Public Works.

Ownership?[edit]
