I am not sure that the mosquito genus exists. It could be that the anatomical regions in insects led to a misinterpretation. If you know the family of the genus, please add it to the page. --Nono64 (talk) 18:47, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can we change names please[edit]

I realise that the article on a Roman festival may have seniority in WP, but it has an average of 14 pageviews per day over the last 90 days, the Terminalia (plant) has 70 views per day at the same time. Correct me if I am wrong, but are not some of that festival article pageviews going to be by people like me looking for the Terminalia genus page, then coming here to disambiguation and thence to the trees (love the trees). So can we change this to "Terminalia (festival)" and change "Terminalia (plant)" to "Terminalia"? 11:28, 17 April 2021 (UTC)

Quite right. apart from an annual spike the genus article consistently averages about 3x the traffic of the festival. And, the articles for three of the species each get views than the festival. olderwiser 11:39, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I've moved the disambiguation page to the base name as the festival is clearly not the primary topic. I'm not convinced the plant is the primary topic. After moving the festival and disambiguation pages, there were a lot of links to both pages (as well as to the insect anatomy). If you think the plant should be treated as primary topic, you can propose a requested move and establish consensus for this. olderwiser 12:43, 17 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
